Continue to be wonderful, lovely, smart, proactive, collaborative, intelligent, helpful, understanding, patient, a truer sincerer heart in IT I have yet to meet. It could be great if you could bottle a little DC and give everybody a dose of DC on a regular basis.

Dave is highly respected by his peers, manager and business stakeholders for his level of commitment to the team and his positive and proactive attitude to all development and non-development tasks.

Dave typifies what SEEK is looking for in its developers. Someone who high capacity for learning, makes an enormous contribution to the team and takes on responsibilities without fear.

David is a highly skilled, highly intelligent developer who nearly always delivered when he said he would (very unusual for the IT industry). David is sensitive, thoughtful and gets along well with everyone. Highly recommended for contract and permanent work in both web development and general systems development.

In regards to the new developers that have joined the team in the past 6 months, Dave has again been the "go to" guy for all development and process knowledge.

I've really enjoyed working with you too and think you are one of the true professionals here and have a great deal of integrity - not too mention great sense of humour. I still have a laugh every time I see that Santa!!

Dave was able to come onto the Healthcare project when it was facing difficulties with both functionality and UI and make an immediate difference. ... This work has demonstrated Dave's commitment to code quality while maintaining a focus on the deadline. In fact, I think Dave was almost the sole reasons that Healthcare and Healthcare NZ were deployed on time.

One pleasing aspect of Dave's performance this year is his ability to provide accurate estimates to BA's and business stakeholders. Estimation is a major challenge for the development team and I will hope that Dave can provide input into how the team can improve in this area.

He actually left out something he did on the teaching front - the HTML course, which received rave reviews. No doubt he is great - hopefully there is opportunity to challenge him where he suggests his strengths are.

We will need a hotline to Seek! Thanks for all your help and amazing quick fix abilities for everything techo (even if you don't know ICON's PMS colours!)
